(SBU) JUSMAGTHAI has requested that the Embassy/State Department complete human rights vetting for 1Lt. Tongchai CHOBTHAM, Light Aviation, WCN 1171 who has been selected to attend the Signal Officer Basic Course at Ft. Gordon, GA from 03 Mar 2005 - 29 Jul 2005.
