Embassy Abuja contacted the Federal Ministry of Health and the National Action Committee on HIV/AIDS (NACA) in regards to reftel information. According to officials from both agencies, the Thai Government has not contacted the GON. With reftel information, NACA officials sent an email to the Director of Research and Development at the Thai Government Pharmaceutical Organization requesting information about the proposed equipment transfer, but have not heard back from the GOT. 2. Separately, the Government of Brazil reportedly has been in communication with the GON regarding the provision of generic anti-retrovirals. Six months ago, Brazil canceled a visit to Nigeria by its Minister of Health at the last minute. Jeter
