UNCLAS SANAA 000072 SIPDIS E.O. 12958: N/A TAGS: PREL, PARM, KNNP, YM SUBJECT: TRACK TWO MIL-TO-MIL DIALOGUE MESSAGE DELIVERED TO ROYG REF: STATE 269139 Charge raised the importance of the upcoming IGCC Track Two Mil-to-Mil dialogue with Deputy Foreign Minister al-Dhabbi on January 8. Charge encouraged the participation of ROYG military officers in this year's meeting in Istanbul, particularly given current regional tensions. Dhabbi said he was not familiar with the event, but that he would look into it. DATT will follow up with MOD. KHOURY
