Nigeria's Federal Executive Council (cabinet) approved this draft on December 22, and the Nigerian National Assembly will soon consider this bill. Embassy Abuja expects the National Assembly to hold public hearings on this legislation and invites FAA addressees to comment on the draft Civil Aviation Bill that the Embassy sent them some time ago.
