UNCLAS SANAA 003152 SIPDIS SENSITIVE E.O. 12958: N/A TAGS: PTER, ASEC, PREL, YM, DEMARCHE, COUNTER TERRORISM SUBJECT: CT ACTION GROUP DEMARCHE ON 12 CONVENTIONS AND PROTOCOLS DELIVERED REF: STATE 269653 (SBU) Ambassador delivered reftel demarche to Prime Deputy Foreign Minister al-Dhabbi on December 25, pressing for ROYG adoption of all 12 international counterterrorism conventions and protocols. Universal adoption, Ambassador emphasized, would send an important signal of Yemen's continued commitment to GWOT partnership.
