B) ACCORDING TO THE MOST RECENT (JANUARY 1988) OFFICIAL GOG DIP LIST, WHICH REPLACED ONE ISSUED IN 1984, THE PLO IS NOW OFFICIALLY LISTED AS AN EMBASSY. ITS CHIEF OF MISSION, IBRAHIM KHALIL OMAR, IS LISTED AS AEP IN THE ORDER OF PRECEDENCE, WHICH STATES HE PRESENTED CREDENTIALS ON JULY 17, 1986. C) GHANA HAS MADE NO OFFICIAL PUBLIC STATEMENT IN 1988 IN SUPPORT OF A TERRORIST-SUPPORTING COUNTRY ON A TERRORISM ISSUE. LYNE
