(U) Poloff delivered reftel demarche to Ambassador Fabien Emery Zulu, Cabinet Director to FonMin Ramazani November 24. Zulu said the DRC would do what it could to encourage Zimbabwe to avoid making the same mistakes the Congo had made in the past. He also noted that a stable Zimbabwe was in the best interests of all the countries in the region. MEECE
