1. The following individuals will attend the Eurasian
Conference on Counterterrorism (REFTEL) on behalf of the
Republic of Turkey:
1) Mr. A. Hakan Okcal, Head of Delegation, Minister
Plenipotentiary, Deputy Director General for Research,
Ministry of Foreign Affairs
2) Mr. Cengiz Ozdemir, Head of Section, Directorate
General for Security, Ministry of Interior
3) Dr. Selcuk Kilinc, specialist, Ministry of Health
4) Ms. Dilek Erinc, expert, Center for Strategic
Research, Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
2. Embassy Ankara has vetted all four candidates and to the
best of our knowledge there are no Leahy Amendment objections
to any of the candidates.
