(SBU) Ambassador November 20 delivered reftel talking points urging the GOB to support Secretary Powell's intervention at the Sharm regional conference to Minister of State for Foreign Affairs Mohammed Abdul Ghaffar. Abdul Ghaffar said that the head of Bahrain's delegation, Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Mohammed bin Mubarak Al Khalifa, had already arrived in Sharm.
