Disclaimer: This site has been first put up 15 years ago. Since then I would probably do a couple things differently, but because I've noticed this site had been linked from news outlets, PhD theses and peer rewieved papers and because I really hate the concept of "digital dark age" I've decided to put it back up. There's no chance it can produce any harm now.

SUBJECT: DUTCH ATTENDANCE AT FORUM FOR THE FUTURE
REF: A. STATE 237054
B. STATE 242059
1. After coordinating with the Moroccan Embassy in the Hague,
POLCOUNS delivered refs points and agenda for the December 11
Forum for the Future in Rabat to Michiel den Hond, Head of
the Dutch MFA's Middle East Affairs Department on November
18. Den Hond confirmed that Dutch Foreign Minister Bot
planned to attend the event. Bot would most likely be
accompanied by Hugo Siblesz (MFA POLDIR), Karel Hartogh
(Bot's private secretary), Bart Jochems (MFA spokesman), and
den Hond. Den Hond said he expected to attend the
sub-ministerial meeting on December 10, and Hugo Siblesz
would probably be tied up with the U.S.-EU Troika meeting in
the Hague on that date.
2. ECONOFF separately passed refs points and agenda to Dutch
Ministry of Finance (MOF) contacts on November 19, and will
follow up with them regarding MOF participation at the Rabat
event.
