Disclaimer: This site has been first put up 15 years ago. Since then I would probably do a couple things differently, but because I've noticed this site had been linked from news outlets, PhD theses and peer rewieved papers and because I really hate the concept of "digital dark age" I've decided to put it back up. There's no chance it can produce any harm now.

(C) PolOff made ref A demarche to Dutch MFA Policy Officer
for Ukraine and Belarus Daniel Melchers on November 17.
Melchers was aware of the Slovene invitation and observed
that they had put themselves in a similar position as the
Greeks during the Olympics, i.e., having to rescind an
invitation. Melchers noted that Tony van der Togt, MFA
Office Director for Eastern Europe and Dutch presidency chair
of the EU's COEST, was in Brussels and said that he could
discuss this issue with the Slovene COEST rep.
