US embassy cable - 04KUWAIT3893

Disclaimer: This site has been first put up 15 years ago. Since then I would probably do a couple things differently, but because I've noticed this site had been linked from news outlets, PhD theses and peer rewieved papers and because I really hate the concept of "digital dark age" I've decided to put it back up. There's no chance it can produce any harm now.

DCM delivered reftel demarche to Ambassador Abdullah
Al-Murad, Director of the MFA Department of International
Organizations, November 10. Al-Murad was familiar with most
of the draft resolutions and undertook to review the U.S.
positions. He mentioned the Canadians had already requested
GOK support for their resolution on Iran, and the DCM
confirmed U.S. support for the Canadian text.
