MFA Multilateral Affairs Director Camilo Ruiz reiterated that all four remaining conventions and protocols had been signed by the GOC. The four are now in different stages of congressional ratification. He added that counterterrorism is a fundamental pillar of government policy. Post will continue to track the ratification process.
