(U) Poloff delivered reftel demarche to Djoli Eseng Ekeli, Deputy Cabinet Director to FonMin Ramazani, on October 22, 2004. Ekeli replied that Judge Meron had impressive credentials and had done an excellent job at the ICTJ. He said that he would recommend GDRC support for his candidacy. MEECE
