Poloff passed reftel points and draft resolution to Karel van 
Kesteren, MFA Diretor of the UN Department, for review on 
October 19.  Van Kesteren was not aware of the cybersecurity 
initiative and promised to share the draft with his staff and 
EU colleagues for consideration.
