UNCLAS THE HAGUE 002680 SIPDIS E.O. 12958: N/A TAGS: PREL, UP, NL, OSCE SUBJECT: DUTCH ON OSCE ELECTION MISSION IN UKRAINE REF: STATE 220961 PolOff spoke with Frank van Beuningen, Dutch MFA OSCE Policy Officer, concerning reftel demarche on October 15. Van Beuningen said the Netherlands had received a similar request from ODIHR and was planning to dispatch 25 observers for both round of the upcoming Ukranian elections. According to van Beuningen, this was the extent of what the Dutch could provide as they have a limited pool of language-qualified persons available. SOBEL
