Tigran Samvelian, Counselor in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs' Department of International Organizations, stated that Armenia would likely follow its previous voting pattern and vote with the European Union in this matter. While he felt certain Armenia would not vote against the resolution, he held open the possibility of an Armenian abstention and stated that he would discuss this possibility with his superiors. EVANS
