Emboff delivered reftel points on September 9, 2004 to Department of Foreign Affairs Director for UN, Terrorism, and Narcotics John Deady. Deady said that the Foreign Minister will be outlining Irish policy against terror in his speech to the UN on September 23rd. Considering the recent events in Beslan, Deady expects the Irish anti-terror message will be strong. KENNY
