(U) Poloff delivered reftel demarche on ending state sponsorship of terrorism to Ambassador Fabien Emery Zulu, Cabinet Director to FonMin Ramazani, September 8. Zulu replied that the DRC fully supports U.S. efforts to combat international terrorism and that the Congo agreed that all states needed to participate in this global campaign. MEECE
