Responding to reftel demarche, Rene Fennes, head of international relations of the Ministry of Transport, expected his government to support US re-election to the ICAO council. "I don't think there will be any problem there," he said. Fennes passed our non-paper to his colleagues at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs for consideration at the GONL's ICAO preparatory meeting, scheduled for early September. 2.
