Disclaimer: This site has been first put up 15 years ago. Since then I would probably do a couple things differently, but because I've noticed this site had been linked from news outlets, PhD theses and peer rewieved papers and because I really hate the concept of "digital dark age" I've decided to put it back up. There's no chance it can produce any harm now.

(C) Ministry of Foreign Affairs Legal Advisor Samer Naber
told PolOff on August 2 that Jordan was "fully committed" to
enacting implementing legislation for the Chemical Weapons
Convention (CWC). He said that the Ministry of Interior was
currently in the process of drafting the necessary
legislation for consideration by Parliament in its
forthcoming regular session, and that the GOJ would strongly
push for its passage. (NOTE: The next session of Parliament
may not begin until as late as December 1 - see ref a.)
