Air Services Agreement per reftel. Al- Ghaith advised us to contact UAE Ministry of Communication Under Secretary for Civil Aviation Abdulla Ahmed Lootah. Lootah is out of town until September 4, so a formal response is unlikely before the fall. However Al-Ghaith said that he didn't think that the UAEG would object to amending the agreement. Econchief will conduct follow-up meeting upon the Under Secretary's return. Albright
