At both meetings, our IO interlocutors undertook to convey reftel points to relevant GOT offices, but cautioned the list of UNGA high-level attendees for Turkey will not be determined until late August. Poloff encouraged a more timely response, noting Department's August 1 deadline, and advising our IO interlocutor that continued requests from Post for MFA progress on a comprehensive list are forthcoming.
