Disclaimer: This site has been first put up 15 years ago. Since then I would probably do a couple things differently, but because I've noticed this site had been linked from news outlets, PhD theses and peer rewieved papers and because I really hate the concept of "digital dark age" I've decided to put it back up. There's no chance it can produce any harm now.

(C) PolOffs delivered reftel demarche to MFA Policy Officer
Hedda Samson on June 22. Samson confirmed to PolMilOff on
July 6 that the GONL had no objection to the USG sharing the
information contained ref A with key countries that have
indicated their support for PSI. Samson added that the GONL
was interested in which countries the U.S. considered "key"
beyond those cited ref A. In addition, she asked whether the
USG planned to share the information in the name of the Core
Group or rather as the USG, acting with the Core Group's
concurrence. Samson noted that the GONL had been approached
by various countries, including Sweden and Russia, which had
asked for a details on the PSI. She said that the GONL had
confined itself to describing certain measures it was taking
as part of it support for PSI.
