UNCLAS DJIBOUTI 000913 SIPDIS E.O. 12958: N/A TAGS: PREL, PGOV, ECON, SOCI, DJ SUBJECT: DJIBOUTIAN ATTENDANCE AT AFRICAN UNION SUMMIT 1. (U) Ambassador met with Director of the International Organizations Division at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Mohamed Idriss Farah, to discuss Djibouti's representation at the upcoming African Union (AU) Summit in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia. Farah stated that President Guelleh would attend and be accompanied by the First Lady. Also representing Djibouti will be Minister of Foreign Affairs, Ali Abdi Farah; Minister of Agriculture, Dini Abdallah Billilis and Minister of Defense, Ougoureh Kifleh Ahmed. RAGSDALE
