(C) PolMilOff made ref A demarche to Dutch MFA Nuclear and
Nonproliferation Affairs Chief Paul Wilke on May 24. Wilke
advised that he "could not see any reason" why the GONL would
oppose Russian membership in the core group of PSI (reported
to Department ref B). Further to ref C, Wilke advised on May
25 that the Dutch delegation to the May 31-June 1 PSI
Anniversary Meeting in Krakow would be led by Maurits
Jochems, Head of the MFA's Security Policy Bureau. (Note:
Jochems is the MFA's A/S-level official responsible for all
"T" functions. He has headed the Dutch del at previous PSI
meetings. End note.)
