According to our contact at the Ministry of Economy, the GOS will be represented at the Doha Meeting by Technical Adviser Ines Menendez de Luarca Bellido of the Ministry of Economy's General Directorate for International Finance, and the Director of the Spanish Commercial Office in Dubai, UAE, Valentin Laiseca Fernandez de la Puente.
