POLITICAL, SECURITY, HUMAN RIGHTS Sabah Guney / Vatican Cardinal Ignace Moussa Dawoud visited Antakya's St. Pierre Church and prayed for world peace. The Aleppo Assyrian Church leader and Turkish Assyrian Church leader also attended the mass at St. Pierre. Hurriyet / In Cukurca, Hakkari province, a military vehicle was exploded when it triggered a landmine in the road. Three soldiers died and three were wounded. CULTURE and TOURISM Zaman / Representatives of three different faiths - Judaism, Christianity and Islam- are meeting in Mardin today. Twenty-eight academic from Europe and the U.S are attending the conference. The focus of the conference would be peace and dialogue between different cultures. REID
