Blaha, E.O. 12958, reasons 1.4 (b) and (d). 1. (C) We delivered reftel demarche to Turkish MFA Middle East Department Head Tuzun May 6. Tuzun had already seen the amended version of the draft resolution. He said the decision on this vote will be made at the highest level of the MFA. He undertook to transmit our talking points to FM Gul's traveling party in Dublin. Tuzun predicted Turkey's vote will be heavily influenced by how EU countries vote. EDELMAN
