In a meeting with PAO and CAO on April 18, Jordan's Minister of Education Dr. Khalid Touqan agreed to co-host the MEPI-sponsored Education Steering Committee on the morning of May 15. 2. The meeting will be held at the Dead Sea as a preliminary to the World Economic Forum, and is currently envisioned as a continuation of the WEF- organized Jordan Education Initiative (JEI) conference taking place in Amman the previous day.
