(U) PolOff delivered the new aliases for List 32 to the Secretary General of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Badri Ali Bogoreh, on March 30, 2004. Bogoreh said he would pass it to the Terrorist Finance Committee for dissemination among the banks in Djibouti. RAGSDALE
