Samson provided no immediate response, and said she did not expect a considered Dutch reaction until after a March 22 GONL interagency meeting. She said MFA Deputy Director for Nuclear and Nonproliferation Affairs Peter Potman would represent the GONL at March 23-24 Vienna Consultative Group meetings. SOBEL
