(U) Per reftel, PolOff Erinn Reed delivered the requested demarche to the Secretary General of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Badri Ali Bogoreh, on March 8, 2004. Bogoreh said that while Djibouti did not have any radioactive sources, he would consider the matter and note U.S. concerns. RAGSDALE
