Country clearance is requested for Economic Officer Todd Kushner to attend 2/28 terrorist finance consultations hosted by the Dutch government at the Netherlands Embassy in Paris. Mr. Kushner plans to arrive in Paris 2/27 and depart 2/29. He has a top secret security clearance. 2.
