1. Post is pleased to confirm the nomination of the Dutch 
participant in the EU Subregional Voluntary Visitor 
program on Terrorist Financing, Mr. Alle T.S. Dorhout, 
deputy head EU external relations division of the European 
Integration Department of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. 
 
2. It is understood that the six-day program will begin in 
Washington DC on January 26, 2004, with arrival of the 
participants scheduled for January 25th. The program will 
end in New York on Friday, January 30. ECA/PE/V/F/E will 
provide six days per diem and U.S. domestic airfare and 
ground transportation. The international airfare will be 
paid by Mr. Dorhout.
