(C) On October 16, PolOff delivered reftel demarche on the revision of the Convention on the Physical Protection of Nuclear Material (CPPNM) to Pieter van Donkersgoed, Deputy Head of the MFA's Environmental and Nuclear Safety Division. Van Donkersgoed said it was clear the United States had a concrete proposal regarding the revision of the CPPNM.
