The Colombo Plan's Drug Advisory Program (DAP) submitted to Mission a budget proposal of USD 250,000 for fiscal year 2003. DAP's proposed budget includes funding for the following projects: A. Training for South Asian Law Enforcement Officers on Counter-narcotics, USD 110,000 B.
