(C) Post has received a dipnote dated August 11 accepting President Bush's invitation to meet in the Oval Office at 11:25 a.m. on Wednesday, September 10, followed by a media event then lunch in the Old Family Dining Room. The GOK is also accepting the US offer to arrange a schedule of meetings with appropriate Cabinet Secretaries and agency heads. We propose the Secretaries of State, Defense, Treasury, and Commerce, and DCI. 2. (C) We are still trying to clarify whether the GOK wishes us to request Blair House, and will advise soonest.
